After you complete the online form and payment, the front desk will be in contact with you after the artist has approved the concept via phone call within 72 hours. Tattoo Price Rate *

Tattoo pricing is based off of the Artists rate. The artists rate is posted next to their name at the top of this form. Smaller tattoos may be priced less than their session rate but no less than their Minimum, that is up to the artist.

I Understand the wait time to receive the tattoo. *

Currently the wait time for your consult is around 2 weeks. After the consultation is complete the wait time until your first appointment is around 4 months. All needed sessions are scheduled during the consultation. Other artists are available at the studio with less of a wait time.

This service is only offered for our out of state clientele. Please do not select this unless you are out of state

Please, we work very hard at the styles we do and do not specialize in Tribal, Cover Ups, re working, or Finishing other artists work.

Booking a consult online is the first step to your next awesome tattoo. We like to spend extra time to go over ideas and plan out the tattoos we do, so we require every appointment to start with a consult. After filling out our online consult form you will be required to prepay a $100 consult deposit towards your downpayment. This deposit is refundable until your sit down consult is complete. Some tattoos may require more than the $100 down payment, That is determined by the artist at the sit down consult. After you complete the online form and payment, the artist will review your request and determine if they are best suited for the job, followed by the front desk contacting you via phone call within 72 hours after approval.
